Job DescriptionThe Professional Care Project/Customer Service Operations manager will lead projects affecting the Customer Service Operations and improve organizational capability and business processes to achieve optimal customer service.The Project/CSO Manager will work with a team of app. 8 people and is jointly with his/her team responsible for steadily improving customer satisfaction, internally and externally to P&G. The CSO Manager is responsible for all Order to Cash processes / transactions with customers and for seamless communication between CSO and the relevant adjacent functions within Professional Care. The CSO Manager drives the CSO action plan with the team and is accountable for meeting agreed business targets. Primary location is Amstelveen with a move to the General Office in Rotterdam in 2010.

Functiebeschrijving
Adviseren van zowel ondernemingen als pensioenfondsen; Je richt je daarbij met name op de financiële consequenties van (wijzigingen van) de pensioenregeling en de boekhoudkundige of administratieve verwerking daarvan; Hierbij houd je rekening met (wijzigingen in) marktomstandigheden en wet- en regelgeving en de rapportageplicht naar toezichthouders; Bovendien neem je hierbij het financiële, personeels- en arbeidsvoorwaardenbeleid van de onderneming of het pensioenbeleid (premie-, indexatie- en beleggingsbeleid) van het pensioenfonds in acht.
