Job DescriptionThe IT Infrastructure Manager reports functionally tot the Group IT Operations Director (Brussel) and hierarchical to the Managing Director Netherlands. The IT Infrastructure Manager gives leadership to decentralised IT departments (7FTE) in the Netherlands and Belgium (Brussels). In this position the IT Infrastructure Manager will have the ability to work with State of the art IT Infrastructure in a Global Company with decentralised departments.
Tasks and responsibilities:Design, implement, operate and manage the IT infrastructure of companies in the BeneluxEnsure the IT infrastructure's reliability, security and the company's standard alignment and cost effectivenessManage and integrate the Benelux IT Infrastructure management team.Coordinate local support staffProvide coordination between sites and Group level standards and projectsStrong focus on End user services and infrastructure Direct responsibility of the Benelux Data CenterPropose and control the Information Systems budget of the Benelux organizationResponsible for all servers, network, appliances and other components
Job RequirementsBachelor or Master degree in Computer ScienceMinimum of five years working experiencePeople and Project Management experienceTechnical knowledge of Microsoft products and networkExperienced in Server installation, administration and monitoringFluent in English and Dutch; French will create an advantageExcellent communication and interpersonal relation skills in a very dynamical international environmentStrong drive for success and highly energetic
