Omschrijving van de functie: As AP Administrator you are responsible for:- Entering invoices and other expenses in ledger - Liaising with initiators of Purchase Orders on matching of invoices- Handling of incoming documents (scanning, processing, archiving and forwarding)- Reconciling of suppliers' accounts - Handling of invoice related queries (internal & External)- Preparation of payment batches- Assisting where possible with ad-hoc tasks
