Responsible for all month end accounting and closure activities and all reconciliation and reporting activitiesManage the accounting processes for the EMEA areaEnsure the integrity of the General Accounting process and compliance with US Gaap, Sarbanes Oxley and Local GaapsIdentifying and delivering process improvements throughout the general accounting processesResponsible for all statutory accounts within EMEACoordinate the Financial, SOX and Statutory audits with external auditorsManage and coach the Financial Team (aprox 3 fte)Responsible for payroll

Bachelor or Masters degree in Accounting or Business EconomicsAt leat 5 years of experience in an international accounting environment Proven track record in managing a teamExperience in preparing financial statements according to Dutch GAAP, IFRS and USGAAPExcellent communication skills Knowledge of Sox is preferredHighly computer literate (experience with SAP and Oracle is preferred)Proactive, hands on and result driven are key words for this position
