Your role as Hosting Manager consists of making sure that hosting architectures meet the temporary standards of Wolters Kluwer and initiating the development of architectures that meet future needs of the business. You?ll be monitoring the architecture and make sure that changes are implemented according to centrally defined standards. If necessary you will initiate architecture changes yourself. You are a strong negotiator with a firm amount of political sensitivity and you now how to operate on an international level. You are at ease in a result driven project environment.

Duties and responsibilities

?Manage hosting vendors in adopting Wolters Kluwer architectural designs
?Manage hosting vendors in adopting WK standards
?Manage vendor documentation and making sure that the vendors documentation is up to date
?Manage project requests and make sure that deliverables are according to WK standards
?Report to Manager Infrastructure & Technology
?Make sure that SLA requirements are met (in cooperation with Operations Manager)
?Extend and improve service offerings
?Manage and further develop hosting security policy
?Responsible for architecture of dynamic, scalable and flexible hosting solutions
?Initiate changes and improvements to the different infrastructures and systems
?Basis understanding of the service management processes
?Capable of using the service management application to fulfill the hosting manager role

Answers risk & impact work orders and updates them with relevant information and status changes ? Completes implementation work orders and updates them with relevant information and status changes ?
